Changes to the regulations
Due to the above voting, the regulations are also changing /r/Poland. Quoted content is crossed out if it has been removed and in bold if it has been added.
§ 1. Hate speech
Do not post content that incites, supports or justifies hatred or contempt for marginalized or vulnerable groups. These groups may be based on skin color, religious affiliation or lack thereof, national or ethnic origin, immigration status, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, mental disorder or illness, pregnancy or disability. They also include victims of violence, accidents and their families.
§ 1. Hate speech (Wiki)
The exception to this rule are believers and atheists. Attacks on these groups based on their religious affiliation or lack thereof are prohibited. Misogyny and misandry are prohibited.Based on community decision, there are exceptions to the above definition listed below, both expanding and narrowing the groups protected under this section.
Prohibited hate speech is not:
- attacks targeting people based on their innate characteristics that are not subject to marginalization (e.g. left-handed, redheaded, short),
- attacks targeting people based on their financial status,
- attacks targeting people based on their age,
- approval of forced conscription, unequal retirement ages and abortion bans.
Prohibited hate speech is:
- attacks against believers or atheists based on their religious affiliation or lack thereof,
- misogyny,
- cross paths.
This protection does not cover people who express hatred or who try to hide their hatred in bad faith, claiming that they are discriminated against.
Attacks against members of these groups that are not based on their identity or affiliation are permissible.
The most common examples of prohibited hate speech against marginalized or vulnerable groups are:
[…]
- jokes mocking the identity or affiliation of these groups
regardless of intentions(e.g. jokes about combat helicopters)
While the rule protects the above groups, it does not protect those who display hatred or who try to hide their hatred in bad faith by claiming discrimination.
Attacks against members of these groups that are not based on their identity or affiliation are permissible.
We are aware of the pejorative nature of the word black person based on the opinion of the Polish Language Council (link). For this reason, we ask you not to use it, but it is not prohibited.
Prohibited hate speech is not:
attacks targeting people based on their innate characteristics that are not subject to marginalization (e.g. left-handed, redheaded, short),attacks targeting people based on their financial status, attacks targeting people based on their age, approval of forced conscription, unequal retirement ages and abortion bans.
§ 2. Approval of violence against people and animals (Wiki)
The author’s humorous intentions do not exclude the possibility of violating this rule.
An example of acceptable escalation is a situation when a person with greater physical strength than the attacker defends the person being attacked. An example of unacceptable escalation is the use of a firearm with the intent to kill the attacker with melee attack. We also consider it a violation of this rule to condone rape, molestation and the use of drugs and medicines without the consent of the person taking them.
In principle, invertebrate animals and the cases described in Article 6 of the Animal Protection Act are exempt.Approval of activities prohibited by the Animal Protection Act is prohibited.
§ 3. War crimes and totalitarianism
Approvingapproved totalitarian ideologies, Nazism, Fascism, Communism, terrorist acts, armed attacks on other countries and denial of genocides is prohibitedea.
§ 3. War crimes and totalitarianism (Wiki)
Typical totalitarian ideologies are Nazism and Stalinism. In Poland, communism is commonly called any system that limits individual freedoms, but according to the encyclopedic definition, it does not bear the hallmarks of totalitarianism. We consider it against the rules to praise totalitarian versions of communism such as Stalinism and Juche. In a similar way, while fascism is not clearly totalitarian, fascist Italy is on this list and praising Italian fascism violates this principle. Praising the achievements of authoritarian states is not prohibited as long as it does not violate other reddit rules and r/Poland.Approval of some achievements or aspects of the mentioned ideologies is allowed if they are not closely related to the ideologies themselves (e.g. privatization of enterprises in the Third Reich or housing policy in the Polish People’s Republic).
It does not violate the regulations to praise and justify military interventions in cases defined by doctrine
"responsibility to protect""responsibility to protect" as an extension of the principle of approval of violence and the exception of defense against violence.
§ 4. Sharing personal data
Do not post personal information
or ensure that they are effectively removed from your thread or comment. This primarily applies to private telephone numbers and addresses, as well as names and surnames of non-public persons, even if they are publicly available. There is a campaign using personal dataseverelyforbidden.

actsand sexualizing minors.
§ 5. Vulgar content (Wiki)
Pornography includes writings, prints, films, images and other objects made and distributed in order to cause sexual arousal in recipients. [źródło: PWN)]

scarf "Policy" is paramount and
shouldmusi be set in every thread where politics, politicians or government, including foreign ones, are mentioned. The exception is flare "Sanity" and moderation flares.
Other notes (Wiki)
Already /r/Poland In addition to the regulations, automatic quality filters also apply, e.g. a filter that removes threads from new accounts or a filter that removes text threads containing only a link.
The author’s humorous and sarcastic intentions do not exclude the possibility of violating the regulations.
AutoModerator rules are running on the subreddit, which automatically remove cross-posted threads from some subreddits. In some cases, this is due to the fact that some Polish subreddits do not respect the Reddit Content Policy.

It’s over for kawosze and herbaciarze.
Ok. Można stosować mowÄ™ nienawiÅ›ci wobec: rudych, niskich, biednych i starych.Â
Drugi link do wyników chyba powinien przekierowywać do czegoś innego.
> Na /r/Polska oprócz regulaminu obowiązują również automatyczne filtry jakości, np. filtr usuwający wątki od nowych kont lub filtr usuwający wątki tekstowe zawierające tylko link.
Nie kojarzÄ™ by byÅ‚o coÅ› takiego przegÅ‚osowane, wiec na podstawie czego zostaÅ‚a podjÄ™ta taka decyzja. Oraz poproszÄ™ o definicje “nowego konta”, bo nie wiem co przez to rozumiecie.
No i brakuje mi informacji kiedy zmiany wchodzą w życie. No bo trzeba dać czas użytkownikom na przeczytanie tego.
