Hi everyone, my friend just started working at a pizzeria and they are often canceling his shifts short notice, even he was promised otherwise. I checked his rights as a person working in hourly wage but then I realized that with the contract he signed, he kinda gives them the right to do so. Is it even legal to have something like this in the contract? What can he do now? He is already looking for new jobs btw 😉 But in the mean time?
