Israel’s Foreign Minister has declared UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres persona non grata and barred him from entering the country.
Israel Katz made the announcement in a social media post on Wednesday.
He said, “Anyone who cannot unequivocally condemn Iran’s heinous attack on Israel, as almost every country in the world has done, does not deserve to step foot on Israeli soil.”
He said Guterres “has yet to denounce the massacre” committed by Hamas in October last year.
