      Can anybody tell me what is the jail rate of a first time offender found guilty of what he did ?

      Also what is the reactivation rate of suspended sentences for traffic offences ?

      Because if he doesn’t go down we will see plenty saying he is not in jail due to his hurling skills without anything to back it up.
