Did Armenian army block the highway from Nakhijevan to Igdir in 1990s?

We know , that So called Karki was captured in 1990 , but also I have information, that Armenian Army also crossed the border and captured the Azerbaijani-Turkish border during the first Artsakh war. Is that right? Do we have any sources claiming that??
