  1. It is quite common knowledge here. Dywizjon 302 i 303. There are streets and whole neighborhoods named after them.

  2. I’m a 2nd generation Polish immigrant who grew up next to RAF Northolt, and even was in the air cadets for 5 years stationed at that base, where our emblem was the Polish Air Force Roundel. Even had the honour of laying down our squadrons reef at the Polish War memorial next to the base.

    The history is well known, but has been forgotten by a large number of people in the UK, sadly. This is a great reminder
