I wonder if the minute by minute monitoring had an impact on mood. I would believe it might have impact on game flow. Was pleased to see note on other activities?

yes, the 15th minute dota 2 mark. Thats when people start getting active and things that make or break the game happen, and a winrate of ~ 50% with the matchmaking is why its so addictive. I suppose some gamedevs already know this works for a lot of people. Dont want to look into this but a quick search found more

    Elden Ring is for lunatics.

Depends on a lot of things: Playing Tchia or My Time At Sandrock makes me happy, while playing Eldenring or Trek To Yomi makes me depressed. 🙂 And the first 15 minutes of Subnautica are fun and beautiful, while playing 15 minutes while being in those deep caves, is very stressful and depressing, to me at least. 😀

  4. This is earth shattering news. Who could have imagined that spending time doing something you enjoy will improve your mood?

  5. I would be interested in seeing how mood changes from *real* powerwashing vs. the game used (PowerWash Simulator).

Pft. Have them do a study on people playing Gacha games next (Like Genshin, Star Rail, etc). Will see mood swings depending on if their pull worked, or if they got some random character they did not want. Can RUIN the day.
