When it comes to conventional warfare they must be the most experienced in the world at this point. Particularly when it comes to drones. Russia would be the other contender but their attrition rate and top-down military structure means they’re more based on volume than quality. Case in point, Russia sending sailors and experienced drone operators in as foot soldiers.

Of course they have. They have had more combat experience over the last 2 years than all of Europe have in the last 50.
