Elon Musk is just another hypocritical right-winger who doesn’t actually believe what they say they believe. They self-victimize themselves while victimizing the left. They let hateful right-wing crazies say anything and everything they want while censoring the left.

Carl Sagan is one of my personal heroes. I am so angered by this I can’t write a coherent post. How dare Elmo invoke Sagan

Elon you get Carl’s name out your mouth. Do not bring my hero into this

Sagan would not think highly of musk.

I wonder if Sagan would’ve said that these days when false information is so prevalent. I mean it’s almost never just a fallacious argument, there’s a whole alternate reality. Some arguments really don’t deserve addressed.

Sagan died before Social Media, he had no concept of how bad things have gotten thanks to Trump and Alex Jones.

I miss Carl Sagan more and more every day since Trump’s ascension to power. “The Demon-Haunted World” should be required reading for every American, no ifs, ands, or buts.

“The sword of science is double-edged. Its awesome power forces on all of us, including politicians, a new responsibility – more attention to the long-term consequences of technology, a global and transgenerational perspective, an incentive to avoid easy appeals to nationalism and chauvinism. Mistakes are becoming too expensive.”
Very nearly my favorite quote. And flies in the face of all that Musk is.
