      Just in time to not be used – how convenient for Putin to update the nuclear doctrine in Russia to basically say anyone helping Ukraine at this point on is a target.

      Good. Hoping Ukraine will use it to attack the Russian military who are still occupying some areas of Ukraine and soon can be used to attack the military bases inside Russia.
