The broccoli cut with a mullet attached look seems popular where I live.

They ask for the Llama cut.

Hasn’t this been a thing for ages? It’s also a thing in many other countries, absolutely not unique to Ireland.

Lads with broccoli heads look like everyone’s ’cool auntie’ from 1992. They’re also carrying little cross body handbags too.

Don’t forget the return of the moustache.

Does this person genuinely think they came up with a phrase I’ve been hearing for a few years now.

It’s either that or trying to replicate Cillian Murphy’s in Peaky Blinders, only that it never looks like his.

It’s shocking stuff, but not a patch on the recently resurgent Mullet

Terrible male haircut trends have always been a thing. In the 90s we had number 1 all around and leave the fringe long and combed down for some reason. And then later, frosted tips 😬.
Curious to know are guys requesting perms when asking for this? Or is it mostly guys with naturally curly hair getting it done?

Anyone remember ‘spicers’ in the early 2010’s?

I guess youth have to rebel somehow, and this is all they have. Poor bastards.

I’ve heard someone talk about how these haircuts are a replacement for flat caps

I always thought it looked like the hair was falling off the front of their head.
“…what I like to call…”
oh yeah, you’re were really the first person to come up with that…
Not just Irish lads this seems to be everywhere.
Not dissimilar from the “Ice Gem” cut that was all the rage circa 2013
They’ll look back in a few years and think: “the fuck was I on?”
Kids today and their baggy pants
Lama cut is what hairdressers refer to it
Sure its no different to the glib that was banned in the 1500s, this sort of hairstyle been around for hundreds of years.
This is actually, historically, an Irish haircut.
It was called, “The Glib”, and banned in England as it was associated with Irish rebels in the 16 / 17th century.
So, it’s been around alot longer than a few years!
We call it the, meet me at Mac Donald’s haircut
What a new and refreshing observation.
i know some guy i knew from when i was little who has this exact cut is a perm or something fuck knows?
I call it “the microphone”
Itll die out. Sure we all had undercuts and steps in the 90s
and it isn’t a good look for some a lot of guys
What haircut do you have OP?
Good old Irish boy hair.
Odd, because I was just thinking the other day that the mullet seems to be on the rise again.
England too, it’ll be curtains again after that, then this [guy’s](https://img.resized.co/breaking-news/eyJkYXRhIjoie1widXJsXCI6XCJodHRwczpcXFwvXFxcL2ltYWdlcy5icmVha2luZ25ld3MuaWVcXFwvcHJvZFxcXC91cGxvYWRzXFxcLzIwMjRcXFwvMDlcXFwvMTMxNDMzNTZcXFwvVHJldm9yLUh5bGFuZC1lMTcyNjIzNTc1MjIyOC5qcGdcIixcIndpZHRoXCI6bnVsbCxcImhlaWdodFwiOjQyMCxcImRlZmF1bHRcIjpcImh0dHBzOlxcXC9cXFwvd3d3LmJyZWFraW5nbmV3cy5pZVxcXC9pbWFnZXNcXFwvbm8taW1hZ2UucG5nXCIsXCJvcHRpb25zXCI6e1wib3V0cHV0XCI6XCJ3ZWJwXCJ9fSIsImhhc2giOiIxNTgzZmQ1Y2I0NzNhM2U1YWZmNWM1OTM5MWNiODJmZjA4MWEwOGIwIn0=/trevor-hyland-e1726235752228.jpg)
