The one in Drogheda they showed was poor too but didn’t help matters by not naming the street where it happened. Few on that road and surrounding roads have ring/camera door bells.

I really don’t get the point of having poor quality cctv in 2024. Ultra high definition cameras are cheap and plentiful and recording capacity is also very good value.
