How any functional thinking adult can support an angry child that continually tweets this vitriol out all day and all night is the biggest mystery of the current century.
I think most of his supporters support a misconception of who he is that based on tribalism and limited information; viewing of fox entertainment and newsmax and listening to some AM radio right wing propaganda for most. Many are also belligerent rebels without a cause. Many are racists, terrified of other races at this point. All now believe a delusional and dystopian version of reality from their diet of propaganda. I am reminded of when the German people were forced to tour the death camps when Germany was defeated. They were horrified at the reality of what they participated in creating. There needs to be a similar reckoning if some of these people are to be redeemed. The upside is that we have identified the evil among us and they can be now addressed.
