Haven’t heard anyone talk about this spot on here probably because it’s a little further from the city in Ivanhoe which is more driven by family and community, so most gems are pretty gate kept – however I can’t keep this place to myself anymore it’s genuinely the best bahn mi i’ve ever had. all the ingredients are suppperrr fresh and their bread is made fresh every morning. The decor is quite modern and it’s run by a lovely Vietnamese family. I highly recommend end the lemongrass beef in a bahn mi or their bahn mi salad. I genuinely can’t eat anywhere else now and I live really close to Brunswick and Fitzroy where there are plenty of good option.

I’ve tried them a few times, but don’t really rate their banh mi. They seem to be very popular though.
