Hello r/sweden!

I have built a service (https://felio.se) where you can report anything that belongs to the municipality’s responsibility to fix if it is broken, such as litter, graffiti, fallen trees and the like. It’s easy to file a bug report if you have a picture of the problem, because I threw in an integration against chatgpt that can look at the picture and try to generate your bug report for you (you don’t have to write a long description of the problem, title and category). It doesn’t always turn out right, but it seems to work pretty well anyway! The service then sends an email to the municipality with the information where it will become a case in their system. My hope is that it will be so incredibly easy to send a bug report that people will start doing it automatically, right now I often hear "No, I can’t find where to report an error" or something similar when I asked why you don’t make a report to the municipality.

If you have a moment to spare, please take a look! Do you have any tips and ideas for how to engage and create an interest in reporting errors? I am currently looking at gamification and perhaps having a sponsor who can contribute some prizes to those who report the most errors in the month, e.g. but it would be interesting to hear if you have any more fun ideas!
