I have the hope that it is some kind of resistance and that the production is being sabotaged by the Russians themselves. If not… then it was probably typical Russian stupidity

Can’t find the article but had read before with the current corruption within the RF it’s likely a substantial amount of the nuclear warheads/delivery systems for said warheads likely do not function either due to corruption or disrepair.
Since warheads just need to “look” intimidating they are a ripe target for corrupt military personnel to siphon funds from like so many other parts of the ruzzian army. Some people suspect ruzzia to have left the nuclear accords so the inspectors couldn’t see how far gone their nuclear weapons have become.
If true, a few corrupt ruzzians did the world a great service.

People were saying in some threads that Russias nukes were the best and was not a joke compared to their troops. Where are they now? If the system is corrupt, it can also affect a lot of aspects even in science and development.
