Except that SCOTUS decides on the spot what is “constitutional” even when that decision isn’t in or ignores parts of the Constitution. They’ve been collectively off the rails since the Gore fiasco.

Who still believes that Trump cares about the constitution? Who doesn’t believe that we would be thrown into a constitutional crisis, almost immediately, after his election?
Trump has extensive plans and an army of loyal followers who are now prepared to step into thousands of positions in public office, which he would immediately privatize, along with the departments of education and justice. These plans for the centralization of power, which would change, possible irrevocably, our system of government as we know it, are all articulated in *Project 2025*, from which Trump has failed to distance himself, since **m**any (if not most) of the writers of Project 2025 are members of Trump’s campaign or his former presidential cabinet (it’s well known that J.D. Vance wrote the introduction to the head of *Project 2025*’s manifesto).
When the Iranians hacked the Tump campaign this summer, what they found–and subsequently leaked to the press–was Project 2025’s training sessions and internal documents, that detail, among other things, strategic plans for a Trump presidency that would first and foremost, dismantle our institutions and norms.
This July, Project 2025 co-author Russell Vought described, on camera, Trump’s disavowal of Project 2025 as “mere theater” and proceeded to lay out plans for mass deportations, restricting abortion, gutting independent government bureaucracies, using the military against racial justice protesters and more. The Supreme court has already ruled that he can do whatever he wants and no one can touch him….So, there’s that. 😡

We can stop him if enough good decent people get out and vote for Democrats in every race and take the power away from these weirdos and freaks.
