I ordered a headset from Teknosa. The headset was shipped later than the date promised by Teknosa.
When the headset arrived in Ankara, Teknosa prevented UPS from delivering my cargo and the product was withdrawn.
Now it looks like the product was delivered to me but I neither have the headphones nor my money was refunded.
Even if they refund my money, the price of the product is now higher than the price I bought it for.
It’s a disgrace no matter how you look at it. It’s been over 24 hours and I’ve talked to them on the phone many times, but they haven’t taken the slightest action.
They left me no choice but to warn you and file a lawsuit. You should stay away from Teknosa.

Tüketici Hakları Mahkemesine gidiyorsun hocam bir de ürün elime ulaşmadığı için mağdurum diyorsun takır takır paranı eline sayıyorlar. Uğraşabildiğin kadar uğraş karşılığını kesinlikle alırsın.
Hatta ürün fiyatı aldığımdan yüksek diye de ekle onun için bile para alman olası.
