Percentage of Albanian MPs that were elected for the first time in each legislature
The spikes in new MPs are related to regime changes, particularly visible in 1945 and 1991 (the coming of the communists to power and the fall of the communist regime, respectively).

Not much related but: Post communist transition is actuallt “communists relatives and friends coming to power and pretending to be another bunch”. But in reality, they are just the kids of PPSH. Both PD and PS. In albanian we have a saying “Ç’le prej macje gjun mi”
