Among the malicious it is said that this amendment is due to the fact that the vaunted “preventive agreement” presented last year by the government was a semi-flop. And therefore, to collect some money for the maneuver, they encourage people to sign the preventive agreement with these absurd rates.

Now…let’s hope that the government will reject (and fuck) this amendment, because rightly those who have paid taxes in order since 2018 feel a bit taken for a ride. While those who have not paid them, and have not paid them even with the preventive agreement, have only had to wait a little longer and risk paying ridiculous rates.
