      Nice to see the Irish Times keeping up their already appalling standards.

      Article about price pressures so they use a stock image of a shopper in UK only Asda with clearly visible prices in Sterling 🙄 Did they really have no single stock image of their own of an Irish supermarket?

      Bollox, during the celtic tiger if you were working you could have a good time. Now even a bottle of coke in Centra will fleece you, you’re fucked if you want a bag of Tayto to go with it. Silly example maybe but at 2.50 and 1.75 you’ll pause to think before you buy those things that wasn’t the case during the celtic tiger.

      Housing is a different animal for sure.

      Yeah we know, we’ve been saying this for the last few years. Almost like shutting your country half down for a fucking cough (average age of death was over the life expectancy and anyone else would of died of a cold get over yourself) isn’t a great idea. But hey atleast they got all that construction work done they’ve been putting off…..

      Thanks for the down votes lads, I never got the vaccine and have zero risk of heart problems because of it. Who could of called that one

      Also I’m aware the lock down didn’t cause the problem, it just shut down the failing business that barely kept there heads above water for what was unarguably a fucking cough for 90% of people

      Prices are Celtic tiger but wages & loans offered to the common folk are not. It’s a different type of tiger.
