The document states that signing such an agreement would be “expedient” but does not specify when it might be signed.

I don’t think Israel is that foolish and didn’t think 7/10 was just an Iranian distraction. Just like Europe is distracted with Ukraine. Who knows what other deals were made under the table? It’s scary to know Israel’s and US intelligence might be weak.
