  1. Caffeinated is technically the wrong term. You don’t have to caffeinate them, they already contain natural caffein.

    I’m pretty sure I see this headline and the opposite headline of them being bad for you at least every other month.

    They classify 3 cups a day as a low amount, but that amount somehow stops my GI tract from functioning… one cup a day or less for me.
