Why must the Republic of Estonia support the development of the mother tongue of non-Estonians (mostly Russians and other Russian speakers)? If a young Estonian goes to school abroad, parents support the development of his mother tongue, or in most cases it is not supported at all. Why can’t it be like that in Estonia?
