That is rather low. If you are LGBTQ why would you vote for Trump? Protect yourself and vote Harris!

>Around 8 percent of respondents who intend to vote in this year’s presidential election said they would vote for Trump
If Peter Thiel makes up 8% of the LGBT electorate then we *really* need to step up voter registration

That 8 percent voting for Trump are confusing to say the least.

I’m guessing there’s some lgbtq out there that hate immigrants.

Key points:
– 95% of those surveyed are registered to vote
– 77% would vote for Harris-Walz
– 8% would vote for Trump-Vance (hello Peter Thiel, you a nasty kween)
– Harris’ lead over Trump grows to 70 when restricted to respondents who intend to vote
TL;DR: LGBTQ+ voters are much more politically engaged than the general population and this group represents another important constituent of the Harris-Walz coalition in a tight race. When we fight, we win! 🇺🇸

That number should be 100% tbh. I know three queer people who are sitting out the election entirely because Harris isn’t doing enough for Palestine. One of them unfriended me on facebook for being “pro-genocide” like what. There’s gonna be an even WORSE genocide here in america if Trump wins.
I do NOT understand republican LGBTQ people. Why would they vote for the assholes who literally want to pedojacket them and then shoot them? Maybe it’s something my cishet brain doesn’t get, but it floors me.

I work with a gay man that got recently married. As strange as it sounds he is still voting Republican. It has been so ingrained into him that he can’t think any other way. The way his parents voted, and way he has voted his entire life. Scared to open his mind or change his way of thinking I guess

Nobody should be surprised by some of them supporting Trump. White gays in the south can be very racist, also many LGBT people are transphobes.

Who among the LGBTQ community could possibly justify supporting Trump.

If outsiders wonder why *anyone* would vote for Trump, their wallets trump their conscience. And people even in the LGBTQ community can be surprisingly intolerant.

I don’t understand Log Cabin Republicans. (Same with Women for Trump.) Talk about aligning with a group that outwardly hates you and wants to take away your rights. Makes. No. Sense.

There are rich and privileged queer folks that don’t care about the rest of us. And trans hate exists on both sides. And people like Caitlyn Jenner that cower to left to be “one of the good ones”.

I’m honestly shocked that there are members of the LGBTQ community who would consider voting for Trump or that are even undecided.

What? That’s it? Project 2025 talks about rounding up all of the LGBTQ+ people and putting them into camps on page 5. And on page 554 it then says they will be put to death.
And they are not voting against that?

What is wrong with the 33% totally voting against their very personal interest? I mean it’s not like almost down to very survival and right to exist for them. I don’t get it.
