Forgotten Swedish tragedies

I was surfing around on Youtube last night and came across this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jx-Nk-BluRo about the Ormsjö accident in 1936, where 14 rafters drowned after overloading a small boat they were going to take home after the spring rafting. In the documentary, you hear the village’s horrific memories of this incident and how the death of these men shocked the village. A man describes how after his father came home before the body went to church, he as a boy was asked by his mother to take off his father’s wedding ring before saying goodbye, but that the body stiffness was so hard that it felt like father was pulling the ring off.

Are there other accidents in Sweden that have been almost completely forgotten? There is a legend in my town where a mother lost her child when an angry wolf had attacked it outside in the yard while the mother had bathed the youngest in the tub indoors. When the mother ran out of the croft to save the already torn boy, the little one inside had also slipped into the tub and then drowned. The 400-year-old croft was floated away to an unknown location, but a sign remains by the small pond deep in the forest describing the event.
