  1. NATO? Where was NATO when the Westfold fell? Where was NATO when our enemies closed in around us!?

Where was NAT — No, my friends, we are alone.

  2. Calls grow = Only a talk. More credible if some NATO members decide to do it anyway and then announce it on paper.

Embarrassing that NATO won’t help a country defend itself. Especially when NATO was formed to defend against Russia. Sure, Ukraine isn’t part of NATO, but that hasn’t stopped NATO from intervening before.

  4. So next time a random missile
heads into a NATO country are they just going to watch it land, maybe even in that NATO country and then claim they had no legislation to act?

  5. These comments are like the people who complain that the UN doesn’t force countries to do what we want. People just to realize what these organizations were even designed to do.

  6. It’s such a self own when so called Atlanticists argue against a coalition to help Ukraine while at the same time calling Russia a paper tiger.

You telling me NATO provides a coalition for Kuwait, Iraqi Kurdistan, Kosovo, the Northern Alliance, and the Free Libyan army… none were NATO members of course or even very pro NATOish… but they won’t provide a coalition for Ukraine, an aspiring NATO member, in their own continent??!!

Of course this means admitting Russia is strong enough to possibly hurt that coalition enough to cause blowback at home, or NATO just doesn’t care about Ukraine.

Why many suddenly get soft, Ukraine honestly can’t win without direct fighting from NATO at this point. If they can barely take villages in Ukraine, how can they take Crimea?
