Entangled in the problems of everyday life, naturally looking at the future and my chances of finding a place to live, I came across a gem. The topic – of course as in the title, returns with full conviction to the quorum (sic!?) of reddit, which often enjoys considerable interest.

In the Instagram post I posted, which I would like to quote here critically, there is a project from the field of pathological development. Another premises came into use, this time 13m in square.

As we can find out, they managed to fit a kitchenette, fridge, freezer, induction hob, sink, sofa, wardrobe, bathroom, washing machine and a spacious place for a TV in this space.

I secured a screen of the owner of this Instagram profile, who deigns to draw attention to the fact that students must live in similar conditions, but in a worse situation, because they share such space with others. Without delay, I decided to leave behind the question that was troubling me, preceded by an appropriate introduction about the square footage: “In the current situation, people will also rush for 9-meter apartments. Rhetorically: someone bought it to rent it out, or maybe the student decided that he did not want to live in the dormitory anymore, so after a year of part-time work, he saved up for such a wonder for [niemalże groszowe jak sądzę] 200,000 zlotys?”

I don’t know if I’m not approaching this topic too impulsively and nervously, although I’m taken aback by this state of affairs. It’s not even about who’s promoting it – but rather about some kind of social acceptance and willingness to build investments on such premises?

What do you think about such practices? (I haven’t posted in a while, I hope I posted the redirect /link/ correctly and didn’t break the rules of the game).
