I don’t really see what else he can do to potentially gain more support. Doing the same rallies in safe areas with no new message won’t gain him anything. So if he is serious about winning a fair race, he should be trying to reach new demographics instead of the same ones he already has locked in. He should be pushing for more debates, more interviews (outside of the right wing echo chamber) if he wants to really have a chance of winning a fair election in November.
I know that he is looking at some nefarious ways to steal the presidency, and I hope that he is unsuccessful in those attempts. But the fact that he is not looking for legitimate ways to win a fair election is concerning to me. He was almost successful last time.

Many are anticipating a normal election. I doubt it. I think his plan is to steal the election, he knows he can’t win the popular vote and probably not the electoral college vote either, so in states run by republicans, he’ll have them refuse to certify the vote claiming all sorts of made up irregularities and will try a combination of things, basically throwing any and everything against the wall, courts, fake electors (he tried it before) and who knows what else (Roger Stone et al know) to steal it. He’s convinced himself that the Democrats stole it last time, as he believes himself to be infallible so it’s only fair that he gets steal it back. Basically playground do-overs. It will be an unfortunate shit show. I really hope not but why else would he say he has all the votes he needs and that he doesn’t need your vote. And then once in, he’s going to make everyone’s life better by not having any more votes again, he’ll say that the witch hunt harassment he received took years away from his first term so it’s only fair that he stay in office longer.
He will say, and do ANYTHING to get the presidency back. Use your imagination on that anything part, he will do it.
