    On sept 5th at 23:25, a woman in her 20s was slashed with a knife in Yoyogi, Tokyo. The Police arrested a 19-year-old Chinese boy, who was standing at the scene, on suspicion of assault. He is said to have said, “I did it because I wanted to kill someone.”

      These headlines are always so bizarre. It’s like “Man bashes one year old’s head into wall” and the quote from the criminal is always just some shit like “I wanted to kill a baby. I think it’s good to kill babies”
