Hello, I received a strange SMS from "Bulgarian Post Office" to confirm a shipment for which I have no other information that looks like this. I contacted them by phone and they very quickly confirmed that it was not from them. Has anyone else had experience with this as it looks like fairly well structured bait at first glance

Да, често срещан скам е. Пускат от време на време и с “имате задържана пратка на митници” и тн. подобни.
То това е стара практика.
