  1. Thank Christ, it’s about bloody time. Disposable vapes littered all over the place drives me mad

Do what they did in Australia and ban them from all shops except chemists and class them as a stop smoking aid with only one flavor.

As a vaper, I would love to see the back of these. I use a refillable one but the odd time that I have been caught out with a flat battery I have bought one. After doing this a few times I realised I didnt feel great afterwards. Shakey, dizzy and nauseous. When I looked into it I realised that they have a much higher nicotine content than I would be used to and I’m a former smoker. Most are 20mg which is a lot even for a former smoker trying to quit. I started on 12mg when quitting.

  4. I’m an ex-smoker and I vape. Would ban these instantly. Compared to shortfill liquids you mix yourself they are overloaded with flavour and nicotine, not to mention the sheer amount of toxic garbage created as they litter the streets. The entry point to vaping should not cost 5-10e. Sell only shortfills and proper vape kits. No kid can impulse spend 50+ euros.

  5. Vaping was invented by a man whose father was dying of lung cancer.
It has a real purpose and I think people forget that.
I’m against all the littering but I don’t understand all the hate.
    -I’m not a smoker.

  6. Great, can’t be done quick enough.

And would rather see the hundreds of shop units empty than have those bloody vape shops in them.

Theyve been saying this for nearly 2 years, just fucking do it already, no one will be protesting

I mean they’re marketed to kids. Should have been banned a long time ago and I’m not sure why anyone would be against it.

    Environmentally, they’re a nightmare too

I’d love to see disposable capes banned, but making flavoured eliquid illegal is taking it too far. The rest of us shouldn’t be punished for kids being gobshites

  10. Was in vancouver recently, as a dirty vapist it was an eye opener. Night and day difference in terms of how popular vaping is. If you walked around the city for an hour you’d be lucky to see one on the ground.

  11. Appealing colours?

It’s probably easier to list the non-appealing ones so, let’s give them a head start and say they can use beige and day-glow anything.
