Princess of Wales says she has completed chemotherapy The Princess of Wales says she has completed chemotherapy, months after she revealed that she had been diagnosed with cancer.

Catherine made the announcement in a video posted on social media on Monday. She revealed her cancer diagnosis in March, after undergoing abdominal surgery in January. Details of her condition remained unclear.

Catherine says she “cannot tell you what a relief it is to have finally completed my chemotherapy treatment.” “The last nine months have been incredibly tough for us as a family,” she says.

The princess says her “path to healing and full recovery is long,” but that she “enters this new phase of recovery with a renewed sense of hope and appreciation of life.”

Catherine also says she is looking forward to “undertaking a few more public engagements in the coming months when I can.”

The video, reportedly taken in the eastern county of Norfolk, shows Catherine, Prince William and their children spending time together in nature.

In June, Catherine made her first public appearance in about six months during an official event in London to celebrate the birthday of King Charles.
