The Wehrmacht was part of the repressive apparatus and was involved in many crimes. The Russians don’t have an ounce of soldier’s honor and behave as if they were members of the SS. I think that’s a drone and judging by the explosion size there was probably ammo inside. They would need a 2 ton bomb for that kind of explosion.
