Killian Woods [SBP] – The EXACT same data Fine Gael is using to now call for higher penalty for bulk purchasing houses was used by Sinn Féin in January to propose 17% stamp duty rate for funds bulk buying houses.
Govt (with funnily enough Neale Richmond himself on the floor for the vote) opposed it

Neale Richmond is out now calling for Vultures to be taxed. Complete reaction to Sinn Fein’s new housing policy
Newsflash, all the parties are actually the same, all talk, nothing changes.
Too bad Sinn Féin are politically untouchable for other reasons. Good to see these policy ideas getting some use.
The Vulture Funds cheque must have bounced this month.
I’d like to see 100% stamp duty on all 2nd Homes and “build to rent property on purchase.
