  1. Yeah, duh. NASA has already contracted for 6 Starliner ISS crew rotation missions. Which realistically means at a *minimum* they would be doing 1 of the 2 crew rotations per year that NASA is currently doing with Dragon, which works out to at least 6 years. Which currently puts those flights out to beyond the current expected lifetime of the ISS, so they already have more than they need, and they are unlikely to purchase more Starliner flights for commercial station visits.
