i start feeling we wasted our chance – we are reaching EU average and in some aspects even appear to be doing better, but we have developed hardly any companies, land in dead end in any kind of innovation stats. We exist thanks to western investments and we are already getting too expensive. Middle income trap will hit us really hard.
Even socially we didn’t develop a civil society nor a good political class
Against popular belief, Polish gdp growth before and after joining the EU was about the same.
