       “Azerbaijan” itself, starting from the subject of history and ending in their own identity – absolutely fake and artificially made-up. Just like their “big brothers” (minus history).

      But Azerbaijanis didn’t exist back then. They were just Persians. Same way George Washington’s grandparents were just Brits. You can’t say Zulus stole from Puerto Ricans because their descendants ended up in PR.

      I never understood how the descendents of nomads who migrated to the region in broad daylight can – with a straight face – claim that they somehow introduced everything possible under the sun to the locals who somehow had nothing of their own (?!). Circus.

      Tar and Kamancha isn’t Armenian instruments and Zurna is a cultural influence more then it is Armenian.
