  1. Thank you Jack Smith! Do everything that you can to make sure this fucker goes to jail, SCOTUS be damned.

And I do like Chutkan too, she doesn’t seem like Aileen Cannon at all.

I’m pleasantly surprised at how quickly this is moving again.

  2. Smith has even cited new evidence which is not public yet. I applaud Jack Smith for his tenacity and dedication to the rule of law.

It’s such a sweet relief seeing someone not trying to curry favor with a billionaire these days, or scared off by his henchmen.

Even Trump knows the future, should he lose, is dark and bleak. There is no limit to what he’ll do to win.

  5. I have yet to hear a convincing reason why this already convicted felon is being allowed to skate on an additional 58 charges. Let’s get these trials started, who cares if he’s running for president? You would think the Republicans would want him to clear his name before giving him their votes.

  6. There’s something truly refreshing about seeing people like Mr. Jack Smith genuinely committed to doing what’s right, rather than just carrying out actions for money from wealthy, powerful elites. Good on him, and on everyone else in this country who, though we may not hear about them, stand up against fascism and say, *Not today, bitch.*

Still though, the most serious crime is the stolen classified documents that he was trafficking, out of his bathroom, to America’s enemies. Reddit rules won’t let me say what should’ve immediately happened to him because of that.

Oh no, not another episode of the reality show Legal Battles with Trump!Grab your popcorn, folks, it’s gonna be a wild ride. Can’t wait to see what twists and turns Jack Smith brings to the table.

  9. Trump’s confession in the interview saying he had the right to interfere in the election, is a prosecutor’s dream.

Imagine the October surprise is Jack Smith put before a court that the Republican Nominee is barred from holding public office and the judge agrees.

Pretty sure Jack Smith knows exactly what Trump did with certain classified documents and in whose hands they now reside.

  12. I can’t wait to see ALL the evidence in this case. I believe Smith has proof that Trump was selling classified secrets or at least planned to. Smith knows Trump is a traitor and it will be a great day this charlatan is exposed again, not this his cult will be bothered by it.

Why isn’t Trump awaiting trial in prison? Oh, the secret service thing? What exactly changes when he’s found guilty of ALSO this?

What exactly are we hoping for if not an administration who can hire people to enforce the law finally?

  14. It’s not a legal nightmare. He has been convicted of multiple crimes and has not been punished yet.

It’s evidence of his legal privilege – of all rich people’s legal privilege – but that’s hardly a nightmare for them.

  15. This isn’t trumps nightmare. Stop calling these things inconveniences and bad days for Trump: Trump is *America’s nightmare* and we will be in this nightmare until he is brought to justice and out of our lives, hopefully forever. He’s a traitor and by far the worst thing to happen to this country in my lifetime, other than the GOP in general.

  16. Smith will never get a conviction and trump is never going to jail. We need to accept these facts.
