02.09.2024 – Went today for a final checkup, which was booked a month back, and found this notice on the door of their Zurich, Enge (Op-Centre) door! 😱

Phone lines are dead, no reply to emails, and Google shows them as ‘permanently closed’.

I was lucky, as I had my treatment over a year back and everything is OK! But, I feel sorry for those who may have had treatment recently and can’t get the correct follow up care, which is important. There are also those who may have upcoming treatments planned & paid – I hope you find a resolve to this horrible situation soon!

There is a number on the notice, where you ‘might’ be able to get some further information – good luck!

  1. Anyone who prepaid for their services can consider it a loss. It’s very improbable to get any money back.

  2. Ah, yes, I read about it last week.

    I wonder how long their creditors waited to get to this point.

    We’re currently in a procedure against a customer who doesn’t pay and more than one year later we still don’t have an enforceable verdict despite the judge basically said within the first 5 minutes that the customer has no chance here. (And this is the “fast” procedure with only one instance because the sum is below 2000.- – with higher sums the creditor could drag it through four instances and then you probably wait like 5 years before you can even plead for opening of bankruptcy.)
