So, She made him miss his train and had no interaction with him before hand. Wonder what philasopical bollocks he will discover over that. Well he now gets to be gay for the stay.

  2. I wonder if the anti immigrants will make this post get lots of traction? Something tells me they won’t. They’re the bane of this country.

  3. 20 months for assault, endangerment and threatening behaviour is actually probably on the high end of what you’d expect for those charges, but ~~all that says is that he probably should have been charged with attempted GBH instead~~ that doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be more

(Edited because Scottish law, and I misread where it happened)

  4. >The court heard she landed “in between the running lines of platform seven in front of a train that was preparing to leave the station”.

    >She was able to pull herself back on to the platform, but Naeb had already walked off showing “no concern” for her wellbeing.

No two ways about it, he basically tried to kill her. You don’t push someone in front of a train that’s about to move, walk off and just assume they’ll be fine.

  5. I simply cannot understand people that are so clearly unable to emotionally regulate and control themselves.

  6. 20 months for assaulting a woman and nearly killing her for absolutely zero reason.

Over 3 years for 140 characters.

    Make it make sense.

She actually managed to grab onto his sleeve in attempt to save herself which he yanked away before walking off. Also refused to engage with community support while claiming to be unable to regulate his emotions is situations. Not seeing the remorse here at all. Deport him to an American prison. Let his own nations taxpayer fund his upkeep

At least they dealt with him quickly. The incident only occurred in February 2023.

Only 18 months to conclude, he could’ve completed his university course in that time.

I’m also glad he’s been handed a strong sentence for the unprovoked attack on someone conducting their duties, which also had the potential of destroying her life.

If you timed it correctly. There’s basically no other outcome from being pushed onto train tracks other than death.

He clearly planned pushing someone onto the tracks

Why wasn’t he charged with attempted murder.

Just because she didn’t get cut in half by a train. He’s gotten a slap on the wrist. What a surprise..

The kind of man who thinks this is a normal reaction has absolutely either done similar things to women before or will do it again.

  11. There seems to be a decent amount of train stuff in the news recently. There’s that kid who derailed a train for a YT video, this, that ad campaign about kids playing on the tracks (You VS Train or whatever).

I’m guessing it’s an uptick in reporting not incidents?

That’s attempted murder. You don’t push someone off the tracks in front of a train for no other reason than to cause harm.

I read the article. He says he is sorry. What? I mean genuinely what in the fuck?

No mate. You’re not fucking sorry. Someone who is sorry doesn’t push a person with full force on to railway tracks. Absolute psychopath. Also he has a very punchable face, smug bastard.

What an absolute psychopath. His behaviour at missing a train is deranged. Some people are just wired up wrong.

Someone whose first reaction when missing a train is to try and kill someone is clearly a danger to society. If he was British he should’ve been locked up in a mental institution for life after his prison time.

If the Americans have any sense they’ll see to that after he gets deported, but I suspect they’ll wait for him to kill someone first.
