Great news and Ireland is one of the first countries to mandate this in the world, hopefully like the smoking ban other countries will follow suit.
Cement and the construction industry get away with murder currently, cement accounts for nearly 10% of emissions worldwide annually. Construction industry almost 40% I believe.
