That’s sure a scam of some sort. Cheap rooms have bad or no pictures, and you can usually tell they hide something. There has to be something wrong like mold for it to be cheap. This one seems way over the top for the price it’s impossible. I pay more for a 8m room with 5 people in the house and kitchen in the hall (my room used to be kitchen lmao). Different but also major city.
Probably it’s only a part of the costs, or it’s some sort of scam. Apart from the main price (the only one visible in the list view) on such websites the rest of the costs are usually placed in the details.
Also it doesn’t seem to be available anymore.
Honestly even 15 years ago you wouldn’t be able to rent nice apartment for that price. Typically the agencies put these offers to „lure” people in – you call, they tell that the apartment is no longer available but they have something different to show you. Another option is that only part of the cost is listed (for example 900 could be the cost for water, heating and building maintenance. On top of that you have to pay to the owner for actual renting).
Looks more like price per week
