shortly before jan 6, 2020 I sent my willingly obtuse trumper parents an itemised list of things trump had said and done implying there was gonna be trouble on jan 6. It included his insistence that he’d won the popular vote against hillary and his appointing of a committee to prove that millions of illegals had voted. It included his quiet disbanding of said committee when they found nothing. It included his many utterances that the election was rigged *before* voting occurred. and many, many statements about stopping pence from certifying the results. my parents never responded, and denied that I’d even written such an email years later when the subject came up. needless to say, we don’t talk about politics anymore. there’s NOTHING we can do about trump and his supporters other than demolish them once and for all this time around. VOTE.
