> A man has been convicted of murder after fatally stabbing another man during an attack.
> It took a jury at Gloucester Crown Court just under five hours to find Samwen Muiruri, 32, of Trier Way, Gloucester, guilty of the murder of Kidane Gebrehiwot, 55.
> Mr Gebrehiwot died after suffering a single stab wound to the chest during an attack on Arthur Street, Gloucester, at around 01:00 BST on 6 August last year.
> The two men who had met previously, became involved in an argument after bumping into each other on the night of the incident.

Doesn’t mention he was previously jailed for 6 years in 2016 for carrying out “a vicious and frenzied knife attack in a park”
>>He saw and felt he was stabbed a number of times to the left side of his body. When he fell he saw this defendant continuing to stab him when he was on the floor. He heard words saying ‘we will not leave you alive, we will kill you’.”
Apparently it took the murder before a judge could reach the ‘conclusion that he is a man who can become terrifyingly violent’. I think that was pretty clear in 2016.
>>Samwen Muiruri’s previous convictions from 2016, on top of yesterday’s convictions, now establishes the clear conclusion that he is a man who can become terrifyingly violent if crossed by others. He was sentenced then to 6 years imprisonment for wounding with intent to do GBH and possession of a knife.

And now an innocent man is dead because he was let out to stab again.

Has this sub literally just become “post all crimes by people with non-English names”?
Why is not permissable to discuss this person’s place of birth, or time spent in Gloucester?
Genuine question, asked with no hate.
So what are we thinking… it’s murder so it’s serious. Guessing minimum of 18 years. Out with time to do it again.
