A simple laptop, thats how these bombs, and the HARM missiles, are being programed. With the F-16 everthing changes, the pilot does that in the cockpit, before taking-off or inflight

I always wonder with soviet era aircraft if an effective missile would be soot seeking rather than infra red or radar guided.

To program each missle you have to play Kerbal Space Program and get a kerbal to the mun and back.
