Seems to me that of course notes about facts and statistics should be available to make a debate actually meaningful. They don’t want notes because Trump just spews out whatever lies cross the top of his peanut brain anyway, so facts are irrelevant.

I think that leaving the mics unmuted is meant to be a **return to normalcy** and we absolutely should do it.
It has nothing to do with who the candidates are, and everything to do with who we are as a nation. We don’t do debates this way. We never have. Why are we suddenly changing our ways?
