Was Tašir some sort of Armeno-Georgian polity?

Sad that Armenians had to have multiple kingdoms.

Of all the maps of the Caucasus. This is the most detailed and most recently created. The issue with Georgians and Armenians making maps in the past were their biases.
Bournountain’s 2003 map which is the basis of the map on Wikipedia. People noted contradict the history he gave in the book.
Pavle Ingorokva who made a map much earlier is known for his nationalist biases.
There was also Andrew Andersen who made a map for 970 AD. But his map is not as detailed as this one either. Plus I believe he mostly consults a George Partskhaladze.
All with PhDs.
This professor being neither Georgian nor Armenian. Probably made the most accurate map.
Unlike the Georgian maps, it seems here Tao/Tayk is not really part of Klarjeti and not within the Armenian realm either.

It would be interesting to hear his breakdown.
