Garage foundation

Hi,

I’m planning to build a wooden workshop ~25m2(4,8mx5,1m) in my garden.

I like the approach of a gravel pad as shown here: https://www.siteprep.com/articles/how-to-install-a-gravel-shed-foundation/

My approach would be to make a 15cm deep crushed stone base surrounded by pavement concrete sides instead of wood.

Then put free standing concrete blocks on the stones and put the wooden structure on those.

I choose this mainly because thinking of drainage and frost and easy to remove later, not wanting concrete slab.

I’m in Krakow, the questions I have, are there any specific rules about anchoring small structures? I can anchore the individual blocks.

Any remarks tips on this approach?
