Ah here, just give him an actual sentence at this stage. He’s made an absolute ass of the law.

So like can anyone just randomly start walking around schools uninvited without being arrested or what?

    Jail the creepy cunt again

  3. BrokenHearing on

I don’t understand why he keeps getting released when there’s no school without getting sent back to Mountjoy before school starts again.

  4. Is there any actual enforcement of collection of the fines and court costs? i.e. freezing of assets/bailiffs at the door. Or are the fines and costs judgements more of a polite suggestion? *”sorry to bother you sir but would you mind paying the fines.court costs if you wouldn’t mind at all…”*

If it was happening to someone who wasn’t so in the public eye you’d feel it would have been dealt with already.

It’s a complete joke at this stage. His actions don’t seem to have any real consequences

  5. Allegedly ???? Is the holey Joe telling lies again ? Funny how these religious types have no problem behaving like cunts but are quick to blame everyone else for their criminal behaviour

Bring on Reeling in the Years 2020-2039:
    Covid – Trump – Ukraine – Burkes – Covid – Israel – Trump – Burkes

Isn’t he still getting paid too? Throw him in jail and take every penny until all his fines have been paid. And then sort out his appeal so that he’s officially sacked

Voluntarily attending a meeting??? This guy is unhinged. Taxi for the Central Mental Hospital ASAP!!!

    I have a cunning plan.

A few people off Reddit Ireland start a religion called ehhh..

    “Deburkeism”

And the. We stand outside the school gates for a few days and pick him up and walk away with him and leave him somewhere.
And if he complains we tell him about our beliefs of our faith.

Which involves removing people called Burke from outside schools.
And he cannot impinge on our faith surely !!

And if that doesn’t work we put in a sack and go to town on him.

  10. What on Earth does a country do when a citizen basically decides to ignore a Court Order? We can’t jail him indefintiely, and he _clearly_ refuses to accept the rule of law in this country. Our jails are bursting at the seams, the family needs Garda presence at court appearances ‘cos of their behaviiour … so it all appears like a gigantic waste of resources for a functional nuisance.

And as always it needs reminding: Burke was _not_ a teacher of the kid around which his behaviour stems; he had no real reason or justification to worry that … oh my _gosh_ he would have to use a different pronoun, to the extent he caused a workplace dispute with his employer.

I don’t know, I think the biggest punishment would be to actually make him teach. Maybe 1st year’s so his harm can be limited, just get the biggest messers and put them in his class.

Did they ever get around to his unfair dismissal case? Or his contempt is blocking all that?

  13. OvertiredMillenial on

How about the whole school just shouts ‘Ah, would you ever just fuck off!’ in unison.

  14. So like…at what point does he face consequences for not paying his fine? What’s the point of imposing them if you can just not pay?

  15. A loser whose life revolves around pleasing his mammy and daddy,to try and earn the love that they don’t have for their children and never will, only granting occassional crumbs of approval when their now adult, brainwashed, children operate solely as extentions of the parents, their dysfunction, and their massive egos. A bunch of degenerates hiding behind so-called respectable professions.

  16. I’d be fascinated to discover if someone is funding these lunatics.
But part of me does feel sorry for the Burke children (although Enoch is next level). Ultimately they are victims of the parents madness. So all of them are now utterly unemployable including the younger brother who managed to pre-fire himself from every legal practice in the country.

  17. Recently I was told that this man and his enablers haven’t been handled with kid gloves. I guess some librarian must be stabbed in the heart for them to be taken seriously.

I don’t understand why parents aren’t furious that apparently people are allowed just enter & wander around their children’s school campus.

If I was a teacher there, I’d be feeling pretty unsafe because really no one can guarantee that he won’t just eventually snap & burst into a staff meeting to try harm people.

  19. Minions-overlord on

Just lock him in an empty classroom each day if you can’t get him off the grounds… and with how desperate this fucker is to be around children should probably check his hard drives

  20. He is as pleasant to deal with and as easy to get rid of than an antibiotic resistant gonorrhea infection.

  21. ContinentSimian on

How did he get this far in first place? What is the school’s hiring process that didn’t show any red flags?

  22. This isn’t funny anymore, not that it ever was really. Freakish behavior. The parents should be doing something about getting some sort of restraining order going.

  23. Going into the school to try and get a reaction. What a prick.

Surely the funds for a security guard to keep the fucker away from school grounds could be got somewhere. Preferably a massive fucker that’s easily annoyed and prone to violent outbursts.

  24. Objective-Age-5670 on

The irony is he thinks he’s protecting kids by being the biggest creep and disrupter to many children and their mental health. He is a fucking freak. Absolute poster child for religious weirdos.

  25. At this stage he should probably get a custodial sentence that’s long enough to cause him hassle if he ever wants to travel to the US or similar (the family has ties to evangelist groups in the US).
